Today was Jon's Birthday Party At School Today!!!!

They could not celebrate Jon's birthday on his real birthday because, school ends on that day, so... Jacob and I made cupcakes to take to his class mates, and Jacob made a word search for them to fill out too!

Calling in the Mom Squad!

Seriously, does anyone else have a house where "only Mom knows" where things are, how to make a certain recipe, how to do laundry the "right way", and so much more?

This morning Jerry and the children were on the hunt to find all the church items; pants, socks, shirts, ties, dress, scriptures, etc. Jerry and Jon came in very frustrated and both said, "We've looked everywhere. We can't find the pants!" Jerry then added, "I know I washed them and we can't find them anywhere!" "You've looked EVERYWHERE?", I asked. As I walked out to the garage laundry area, I said "Alright, call in the Mom Squad!" Low and behold - there were Jon's pants hanging up with all his other clothes right where they were supposed to be. I can't even begin to count how many times this happens - DAILY! It must be my super power vision or my keen sense of placement or my photographic memory! Because this Mom "knows" how to use her super powers another family is ready for church! hee hee!
